1. Check your email

Once your order has been dispatched and tracking is available, we email your tracking details. Check the inbox used at checkout, including your spam or junk folder.

2. Open your tracking link

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email to see the carrier’s latest updates. Tracking information can take time to appear after dispatch.

3. Need help?

If you have not received tracking details, cannot find your email or need help with a delivery, contact contact@vanellebags.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
